Professor Werner Bramer Escamilla is Professor/Researcher at the University of Yachay-Tech in Urcuqui Ecuador, at the School of Physical Science and Nanotechnology, since 2017.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Physics at Carabobo University (UC), 2001, and received his Doctorate in Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC), 2008. Prof. Werner made his post-doctoral at the IVIC then he continued his work at the Laboratory of Condensed Matter Physics until he reached Research Associate II-3, 2017. His work interest is in instrumentation physics, applied to superconductivity, nanoparticles, molecular electronics, complex systems. He is also moving towards the development of micro-metric and nano-structured devices. He has a great interest in the development of new techniques and equipment for the teaching of Physics.
